How can I return a product?
Would you like to return a product? Then follow the instructions on the return form that comes with your order. It will explain step by step how to register the return correctly.
Return conditions:
✔ The article should unused and in original packaging be returned.
✔ Printed or personalised items cannot be returned.
✔ Return costs are at your own expense.
If your return does not meet the conditions, we will contact you.
Can I exchange my purchase?
Yes, swapping is possible! Please indicate this on the return form that you received with your order.
How does the exchange process work?
- Return the product according to the instructions.
- Once we have received your return, we will send as soon as possible the requested size.
Please note: Printed or personalised items cannot be exchanged.
How do I get my money back?
- Returned products will be in the same working week of receipt processed.
- Refunds are made via Mollie, a secure payment service for online shops.
- The amount is usually paid within 1 to 2 working days refunded to your account.
I have lost my return form, now what?
No worries! Send an e-mail to support@rwlk.nl, and we will immediately send you a new return form.
