How do I choose the right size?
Measure the circumference of your hand just below the knuckles (excluding the thumb) in centimetres, and add about one to that. That number is your glove size. Are you hesitating between two sizes? Then choose the larger one, as a glove should not pinch. You will find the available sizes for each glove on the product page.
Can I have my gloves printed?
Yes. With many of our gloves, you can have a name printed and choose a country flag. You put this together on the product page before ordering. In July, the printing is even free of charge. Please note that printed gloves cannot be returned.
What are the shipping costs and delivery time?
Order by 16:00, and we'll dispatch your order the same day, so you'll usually receive it the next day. Delivery is free on orders over 75 euros.
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. Do not wear the gloves in a match or on a surface that leaves marks, and return them in their original condition. Get in touch with us and we will sort it out.
How long do goalkeeper gloves last?
That depends on how often and what surface you play on. Match grip wears out faster than training grip, and artificial turf is harder on the latex than natural grass. With proper maintenance (keeping them clean and damp), you will get the most out of them. Check our care page for tips.
