How can I return a product?
Would you like to return a product? Then follow the instructions on the packing list included with your order. It explains step by step what conditions the return must comply with.
Important return conditions:
- The article should unused and in original packaging be returned.
- Printed or personalised items cannot be returned.
- Of return costs are for your own account.
If your return does not meet the conditions, we will contact you.
Can I exchange my purchase?
Yes, swapping is no problem! Please indicate this on the return form that you received with your order.
How does the exchange process work?
- Return the product according to the instructions.
- As soon as we receive your return, we will send you the right size or desired product as soon as possible.

How do I get my money back?
- Returned products are processed in same working week of receipt.
- Refunds are made via Mollie, a secure payment service for online shops.
- The amount is usually within 1 to 2 working days back into your account.
